West Palm Beach GreenMarket

The best farmers market in South Florida and a top-rated attraction in West Palm Beach.

Yes. The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is happening this year!

The area’s best farmers’ market is taking place every Saturday morning, as usual, October through mid-to-late April, in a festive, family-friendly, open-air marketplace by the waterfront – pets included. Farmers bring fresh, locally-grown produce and farm-processed foods to sell directly to consumers, but there’s a lot more to buy and fun entertainment as well.

Plan your visit: The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is located at:
Green Lawn on N. Clematis, west of Flagler Drive. (See map below for directions)
Hours: Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; October 3, 2020, to April 17, 2021.

Parking is available in City of West Palm Beach garages and will be free for the first two hours. City garages are Clematis, Banyan, City Center, Sapodilla, and Evernia. The two hours of free parking will be honored for anyone who enters before 1 p.m.

Here’s why you should come…

COVID-19 information

There are several changes this year for the safety of GreenMarket customers, vendors, and staff, who are expected to comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Florida Department of Health, State of Florida, and Palm Beach County COVID recommendations and directives. Included in the changes are the suspension of activities for kids, additional café seating, live music, food samples, and bottomless mimosas. Single mimosas are available for purchase for $4 at the entrance. Merchant tents are placed 10 feet apart. Attendees must wear masks to enter, will need to follow a path, and are encouraged to shop quickly. Hand sanitizing and handwashing stations are placed throughout.

The City will amend West Palm Beach GreenMarket COVID policies as local restrictions are lifted.

Come for the fun and entertainment!

The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is not only for purchasing fresh produce, plants, flowers, and even gifts. This is a place to enjoy a nice talk with locals, walk pets, sit on the grass while gazing at the waterfront, listening to music, or snacking on delicious treats. Many residents make the GreenMarket their place for an outdoor breakfast or lunch on Saturday mornings.

Many of the area’s best restaurants are nearby the Greenmarket’s site and open during the market’s hours, all offering excellent food.

An award-winning community event!

The WPB GreenMarket has been awarded more than two dozen awards over its more than 20-year history, including standout recognition as the best market in Florida by Cooking Light magazine – in its list of “America’s 50 Best Farmers’ Markets.”

The GreenMarket has also been voted Best GreenMarket in Florida by WPB Magazine and one of the best attractions in West Palm Beach during the season.
